Terms of Service

Brandwave is provided for lawful business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the people you invite into your workspace, and the platform accounts you choose to connect.

You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or organisation unless caused by our own breach of security.

By connecting a third-party platform, you authorise Brandwave to access and process the data that platform makes available through its APIs, subject to your granted permissions and the platform's terms.

You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect and analyse those accounts.

Your use of a connected platform through Brandwave remains subject to that platform's own terms. For Google Ads this includes the Google Ads API Terms of Service; for Facebook and Instagram, the Meta Platform Terms. Where a platform's terms conflict with these, the platform's terms govern the data obtained from it.

Brandwave's access to connected advertising accounts is read-only. It reports on campaigns; it does not create, modify or spend against them.

We aim to keep Brandwave available and reliable, but third-party APIs, hosting providers, and identity services may affect uptime or data freshness. Features may change as platforms update or deprecate APIs.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where required to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.

Brandwave is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandwave and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
